Unfortunately we cannot cancel your order after it has been placed, as we process and package your order as quickly as possible.

If the item(s) are not to your liking you can always return them within 14 days.

Yes, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail immediately after placing your order.

The e-mail will contain your order number (consisting of a minimum 6 digits), order summary and the shipping address.

Yes, we encourage you to email our customer support team as soon as possible so they can change the address information.

Unfortunately, we cannot change the details of your order after it has been shipped.

Shipping

We deliver worldwide.

All orders are shipped with trusted carriers such as DHL, DPD, UPS and local carriers such as Royal Mail.

As soon as your order is shipped, will receive an email with your tracking information.

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email with details of your order number.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a second email with a tracking number to allow you to follow/locate your package.

Products

We advise you to check the size guide on the product page.

You can find this by clicking on "size chart" which is located below the "Add to cart" button.

Our size guide should allow you to identify what your perfect size would be.

To redeem your store credit or gift card, you can add the voucher code in the first part of the checkout.

After you have completed this, the voucher value will be deducted from the the purchase amount.

Returns

Return period

We use a return period of 14 days during which the customer may return his or her package without giving any reason. These 14 days start when the package is received. Please note that the return shipment must be sent back to us within these 14 days.

Return conditions

All items must be returned to us in an unworn and unwashed condition suitable for resale with the tags still attached to the item.

For items purchased in the sale, Sleepless Society does not offer the possibility for a refund.

Sale items can only be exchanged for an other item from our collection or can be redeemed for store credit. 

Shipping costs are not refundable. 

Returns are on your own cost and may vary depending on the courier and the country you return your package from.

The exchange or return of an order is very easy.

Send within 14 days after receipt of your order an email to support@sleepless-society.com and indicate that you wish to exchange one or more of your items. 

A member of our customer support team will send you the return instructions right away.

After your return shipment is received at our warehouse, we will process your return within 10 days.

In most cases your exchange request will be executed in just a few days.

You will always receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your new order has been dispatched.

Please ask our customer support team about the options available.

We will also give you an update on when we expect to be able to deliver the product.

If you have already created your return and the product is sold out, we will contact you and work with you to find a solution.

Your order number can be found in the confirmation email you received after placing your order.

Your order number will be a minimum six digit code beginning with the letters "SS".

If you have not received this e-mail correctly, our customer support team will be happy to help you.

Unfortunately, it sometimes happens that a product gets damaged during shipment or production.

We are of course happy to resolve this with you. Please send a message to support@sleepless-society.com with a picture of the damed or faulty product.

Our customer support team will be happy to work with you to find a solution as quickly as possible.

We do our best to process returns as quickly as possible. After receiving your return at our warehouse, we process it within 10 working days.

On your track and trace that you receive with your return shipment, you can see when the package has arrived at our warehouse. From then on the 10 working days starts.

After the refund has been made, you will receive a confirmation email. However, please note that it can take up to 5 working days before the refund is visible on your bank account or credit card statement.
